For services provided Realty Executives Bristol receives a fee of 10% of rents collected.  A $50.00 initial leasing fee is collected for finding the tenant. If a line ad is needed, it will be run in the newspaper under Realty Executives Bristol and charged to the owner. You will only be charged  after a tenant is placed in your property. Your property will be advertised on our company website which is www.wesellbristol.com  free of charge. Tenants contact me for any repairs needed at the property.  Necessary repairs will be ordered that are under $100.00. You will be contacted for anything over that amount for approval and will always be notified of any repairs. I am able to communicate with you and my tenants via email, text messaging, cell phone, and office pager.
